Safari Birthday Cake

I had the pleasure of creating this safari cake for the nicest family.  3 year old Alexandra requested that the cake have safari animals and a princess on top, in her words, "the princess will make sure the animals are ok".  Awww....  I love fulfilling kid requests. 

Diet Coke Can Cake

I surprised my husband with this cake for his birthday last week.  He drinks WAY too much Diet Coke so it was only fitting to make him this cake.  He loved it!
